Hughes Hall remains open for business and closed to visitors.? Students who have made Hughes Hall their primary residence remain as do those unable to return home due to international travel restrictions in this time of crisis. Admissions processes for Autumn 2020 continue as usual, but there will be no public events in the college until the Covid 19 pandemic passes.? E-mail is the best way to contact everyone as desks in college are not occupied.? Please expect minor delays for responses.? My colleagues and I wish everyone good health and safe passage through this time of uncertainty.

Anthony Freeling, President.

Hughes Hall: 4th August Honorary Fellow, Prof Ged Martin, has written a fascinating essay recounting the Cambridge fever of 1815 - the last time the University of Cambridge shut its doors due to health concerns. You can read his essay here -> https://t.co/wOO0J0OaNg
